Description: A unique manual-focus lens designed exclusively for macro shooting, between life-size (1x) and 5x life-size – at its maximum magnification, you can fill a 35mm frame with a grain of rice. Compatible with the Macro Ring Lites and new Macro Twin Lite, it eliminates the need for awkward bellows accessories for many macro shooters. A floating system preserves optical quality at different focusing distances, and features a UD-glass element.

Pros: Great x5 magnification
Cons: A bit heavy for me :(

Since I first started photography, I've always been fond of macro photography. I used space rings 30 years ago, and now this wonderful lens gave me the flexibility of changing magnification by rotating a ring (x1 - x5).

Just like any macro photography, a tripod is a needed to eliminate any motion. Not to mention, the more magnification you seek, the brighter the lights should be..

Pros: x5 magnification small size perfect build quality
Cons: Hard to use and Expensive

Great lens, probably best macro lens out there if you like extreme magnification
You will need a Macro Twin Lite MT-24EX to work the best with the lens
Sharp, Highly recommended, one more thing make sure you have a clean sensor before you take any pictures

Pros: Amazing Magnification, accurate and sharp.
Cons: Weight

This lens and the accompanying ring flash were probably the best photohraphic purchases I have ever made. The clarity and definition produced by the symbiosis of the 5DMKII, MP65 and MT24 cannot be beaten - in my opinion.
