Ya, actually I had other versions of the shot that I gave to her also that showed people in different positions like this ![]() Heres a couple more photos also ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh I forgot to mention that this was the wedding that I asked for advice for in a thread some time back... I wasn't allowed to use a flash and had to stay all the back by the doors of the church for the whole ceremony, The bride had been warned before hand of the possible problems that could come up with those circumstances, but I think they ended up pretty good. |

I think you did as well as anyone could have considering you where not allowed to use a flash.
I find it rather silly that a Photographer who is there to OFFICIALY do the Photography for a very important day is expected to stay near the Door like a Dog on a Leash? Glad I didn't do their wedding! What religious rational can there be for it? I m ust be missing something here..... Well done considering. |

It's a holy union between a man and wife, before God, in His house. A wedding is not a staged event for the photographers benefit. It's a privelage, not a right, to photograph in His house, let alone use flash, and bop around like a monkey playing in his cage trying to get every conceivable angle.
