The first one appeals to me the most. You have all the 3 elements there. The Subject, Scenery, and composition capturing a contrast of her reflection. Nice work!

I'll agree with all that the composition of the second is the nicest. Though it could've probably been taken further; I would have liked to see that shot even longer with her tucked into the left third. All three are very nice; good command of your lighting.
