I truly love all your pictures in a way you compose them and colors. However, I think you apply way too much noiseware tio your pictures, producing baby-skin to all your subjects. In a way this is ok in moderate use, but you seems to apply the same noise reduction to all your pictures.

This is just my opinion on your post processing, I still love your pictures though!

Okay what the hell is it with these Mega huge cities, and the Mega talented shooters.

Bride: Okay, where do you want to meet Cindy? .....

Cindy: Oh, I have a great place, just come to 3rd ave. and Ansel Adams Blvd......

Bride: Oh, okay..... wait a minute, that's an alley....

Cindy: Yeah just print the ticket I send you, and there's a hobo on the corner named bud. He'll scan your ticket. There is a bunch of trash cans, and you can change behind them. The 3rd trash can is actually a vanity. Oh and don't pay attention to the drug deal going on, they are such nice boys, just gone a little bad.

BTW Nice work..... don't like the pp in one, looks a little dull, but as always nice.

Thanks for the CC Artur. Actually, nutty as it seems, this is what my clients like....the skin thing. Wierd I know.

Texas, you always crack me up. Funny you should mention it, but the whole first part of the shoot, there was a hobo, complete with shopping cart yelling at them to "make it hotter" and "Damn baby, you is FINE!!!" to the bride to be.

Have you ever seen the Southpark thing called, "Night of the Living Homeless?" If you haven't, it's pretty darn funny, and I always explain to clients, "It's kinda like when a movie shoots in town. Everyone brings out their barking dog and lawnmower, hoping the crew gives them money to go away. The hobos are on to this, and when they see a photo shoot going on, they will come and heckle it until you give them some change". And no kidding, they do.
I warn my couples that want a downtown shoot to bring a few rolls of quarters, because it's one after another.
LOL. But it can be pretty fun though.

Anyhoo, I agree. Maybe I'm too old and unhip because when I think of a location for a portrait of hubby and I, beer stinking, nasty, filthy alleyways don't pop to mind. Hehe.

You get all the luck, most of my brides want to go to a beach, sand dune, or the gulf of mexico in the background. B-O-R-I-N-G. I am going to the nearest slum and taking some urban shots, and I will be packing.......

Ring a Ding..... Good afternoon, Visions in white South. This is Texas Shooter speaking. Yes, uh huh, yes, we rent out the hobo's actually. Yes I know it is very in these days.....

Ok Texas, you are making my jaw hurt!

God, I'd sooooo love to do a sand dune or a beach. But you live in paradise, and I'm stuck with the bums, and the bird crap, and the grafitti walls............
I'll trade ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, BTW, how did you all fare with Ike? I hope you are all ok!

Well one time when I took the dog out to do his business, I could swear I felt a few drops, but when I looked at the dog, he had mischievous look and a smile on his face, just as he was bringing his leg down. I'm saying it was Ike, but deep down inside, I really don't know.

Perhaps I should try this as well on portraits?

By the way, thanks to you I got the Noiseware, really like it as it has the auto-profile thing while doing batch. I usually use the Default setting. What setting do you use?

It's a cool thing, eh? I use the default at half threashfold. I think part of my online problem is that I run everything through KK's 750 pixel with USM. My photos aren't quite as smooth as you see.
But it's the fastest way I know how to upload.
Any advice on that is appreciated!

So here is why I do this.

One bride put it perfectly:
I don't give a crap if I look like me. I'm paying a lot of money to make everything perfect. Including me. I don't want to see one pore, one pimple, or a bulge of any type."
(The above was taken out of an actual email)
