Default First wedding pics. C&C

Finally got some pics processed, so I've put them on Photobucket in the hope that some of you guys will give them a look and tell me what you think.
There are duplicate images with custom vignettes or toned versions. Please tell me what works and what doesn't. Some are BW conversions and I'd like your opinions of them.
You can tell me they are crap if you like, but only if you offer constructive advice as well.

Some advice:

1) Aim to make your photos with your camera and lean less on Photoshop effects
2) Use aperture to create effects and soften backgrounds
3) Look for canopies or shade elements to get less harsh shadows. Use a gobo if need be.
4) I don't care for the vignetting
5) Volunteer to assist a pro whose work you enjoy and see what tips you can pick up

I don't mean to sound harsh. I'm just offering some advice to help you get stronger at your craft. You'll learn a lot with each wedding you do.

Keep at it!

I appreciate your comments Scott. I deleted the first couple of pics as I didn't like them either.
I wish I knew a local pro that I could assist. I'll keep looking for one though.

Ok folks, I've done away with the not so fancy vignettes and uploaded some natural pics for C&C.
Let me know what you think now.
