Looks like the bottom step is just broken and that's asphalt.
I like the crop on the right, but the whole car should be shown. It gives more context and has great lines for the image. __________________

I'm guessing if there are questions about what to change, this is a posed shot and not a candid as it is staged to be? I like the closer crop since the entire car was not in the original image. Can't say that having the entire car would not create some nice lines, and while it's a wedding pic and not a car ad, I'm guessing someone paid a dear price for it. So many of the elements make it look like a spontaneous grab shot. I think tripping the shutter a micro second sooner would have added a little romance, I kind of like kiss shots where the lips have not yet touched or have just brushed.

I don't know what edit software you have but the white car has a bit too much shine for my taste. If you have lightroom 3 turn up the recovery, Lightroom 4 turn down highlights and maybe increase shadows sliders. Nik Vivasa is special and simple to selectively adjust exposure to parts of the image. You can download a trial full function of it and use for thirty days and they have outstanding tutorials, OnOne Perfect Effects is also worth a free trial. Good luck!
