Default IS anyone willing......

I have only shadowed two weddings. Never done a solo. I see people on here all the time talking about wedding contracts. I have never seen one. I am sure I can google wedding contracts for photographers. But I was wondering is someone wouldn't mind sharing theirs. I would like to see one so I can get the jist and make sure the one I try and type up has all the basis covered. No need to post here. You can e-mail me.

Thanks!!!

There are some generic ones out there that I am sure will do the trick. I have seen some larger studios here in STL use contract language that is almost verbatim of one I found on the internet. One thing to remember is that it reflects what you agree to as the service provider and that it is in line with laws in your state. Finding one for free or even paying for one from Amazon as Brian posted will get you a contract to give customers but there is nothing that matches having a lawyer look over it and tell you if you are good or not. I have a lawyer friend that trades services with me and takes care of our minor legal needs.
