This is really great; I will certainly keep these things in mind. I sent a link to my son and daughter-in-law b/c they gave me a grandson 2 months ago! I forgot about how each stage is so different until I read your posting. Thanks so much for taking the time and having the knowledge to share this with the rest of us.

Some images-

There is also a typical advertising piece that we use in newspaper ads and mailing pieces that we send to our past clients and even insert with all of our billing and quotations . It tells everyone what our attitude is with kids and the picture and text change each month.

What type of technical info do you want me to write about as it relates to this thread.

This is an AWESOME article. I have been very frustrated as of late because my kids have no patience when they see a camera. I tried some of your suggestions and they work like a charm!!
