Default High Speed Photography

Hi.
I want to try to shoot some HSP but I don't know how to setup my Nikon d90 and SB-600.
Do you know how to setup camera for HSP ??

Use the flash up very close to subject (a foot or two or three) so that it will use very low power level. That is all there is to it. It will be extremely fast.
See Capability of flash units for high speed photography

There are perhaps a few other details (possibly involving triggering the flash), depending on what your usage goal is. But low power level is what makes the speedlight fast.

I think what hes asking was more of what are the best settings(shutter speed etc.) going to be.

Well, high speed photography is done with the fast flash duration - the shutter speed does not matter. Close flash for low power level is the answer. But we actually need more description of the goal.

If you want to play around work in a dark room with the flash very close to the subject ,leave a small amount of light in the room, how much is trial and error , open the shutter for around 30 seconds then move the subject slowly durinthe 30 seconds , at some time fire the flash and look at the result ,then adjust exposures accordingly.
This will also work in a totally dark room with a sound trigger to fire the flash , open shutter for a period and drop a glass the noise will fire the flash and hey presto real high speed photography
