Now, planet dollar parity, but before we were the very poor cousins! 5 years ago we were 0.6 euro to our dollar and 72 US cents to our dollar. Funny we are still 0.6 Euro

I was looking at this last night. Maybe it was the model (the outfits..damn did some of them suck) or something, but a lot of those poses didnt look that good. A bunch seemed awkward and uncomfortable, imo.

Still a good resource for some poses, though.

Have to agree with Douglas, good source of info on posing, but seems dated, especially with those outfits.
But like all tutorials, take what you need, use it, work with it, ignore what you don't need.
