Uploading Images - PhotoCamel

I'm having some difficulty uploading an image to PhotoCamel. I'm not a computer expert. Following instructions, limiting the image to 700-800 pixels on the long side and the image must be under 128KB. PS/CS2 Image size lists width 512 pixels and Height 750 pixels; Pixel Dimensions 1.10M. I know this is too large because Photocamel keeps giving me an error message. I do not know how to get the image any smaller. Is it the pixel dimensions that must be under 128KB? If so, how do I do that? Please advise. Thanks for your help!

Rod,
It is all about filesize. You cvan get a smaller size by using a higher compression factor on your jpg.

If you are on a windowsmachine please also checkout the bdsizer program mentioned in the above post.
