Posting Images Tutorial?

Since our software changed recently to make this site even better, so things changed. How to post images was one of those things.

Your very detailed tutorial leaves out one detail that just caught me out today. If you post images directly from your computer to the forum, some database keeps track of every image you post, from day one, and totals up the bytes. When you exceed your quota (don't know how many MB that is), it won't let you attach any more images. So I figured it out all by myself (i'm so proud). Go to profile, click attached images and delete a bunch. Learn something new every day. But I'll bet this information was posted someplace where I never saw it.

I think it is a known issue and is being worked on.

Got any tutorials on how to determine what category to post your image? I see more have been added. I love looking at a thread with a picture fire hydrant in Pets. There are so many choices, no one bothers to even try anymore.

I think people just find their own way eventually. I've never had a pet fire hydrant, but for those who do then they have the perfect place to post their images .
