Default advice for compatibility

hello everyone, im very new and interested to macro photography...please advice me which of the two partners are compatible in terms of focus and speed. im trying to buy tamron 2X teleconverter or by kenko and a tokina 100mm or nikon 50mm. would there be no problem?(s) thanks for responses..
