I saw a disturbing thread here...
Not to spread anything bad, but I didn't like it, because when I typed "photocamel" onto the google search bar, it was one of the first few items. I posted my own little note in defense of Photo Camel because I like this forum very much... okay I admit that I have been away for a long time but was just coming back here to post again when I saw this... If anyone else wants to put their two cents in, there it is! Now I go back to what I was going to post. http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...ssage=20253307 __________________

No need to defend The Camel. It can survive even with bashers. Jealously more than likely.
The Camel and DPR have their place. They have lots of technical talk and speculation, which leads to in-fighting and brand fighting. We don't do much of that here, except Canon does stink ![]() We basically discuss the known aspects of the equipment and speculate on what we want or what is needed. No real fighting. We also look more into actual techniques related to photography. And of course pictures. We have a lot and we view, see, and learn a lot from them and their comments and critiques. |

what you smell is probably the transpiration of them poor Canon employees whose brand is so successfull that they have to work real hard to get enough supply to the stores. Since other brands are doing good but not-thàt-good, their employee has more time to pamper the products before it leaves the factory ![]() also explains the cr@ppy quality control ![]() Max@Home |
