Very hot ShelBel! Firefighters are one of my very favorite subjects. That first shot is wicked. The dramatic exposure gives it as udden, urgent, kinda hairy feeling. Got more?

These are extremely cool. Are they training for heavy jet fires?

I shot firefighting at night only once. I'll post a couple later on.

Thanks again.

Yes, this is our large frame aircraft that the fire academy students use to train on. Jet fuel was only used in the two of the shots (the ones where they are walking towards the fire) If you have Photoshop the caption information is tagged to files.

I had to experiment w/ the white balance and that gave some of the shots some different effects that I wasn't expecting, but liked. Did you find yourself toggling the white balance too when you shot your firefighting at night?
