Now that's a shot you don't always see! Very cool, you can really see the concentration in the faces of most of the guys, except the guy on the far left who seems to be horrified at something. =)

Cool picture, I like it.

A couple of minor thoughts on the image..

First, I would bring it up a bit in curves, make it a bit easier to see the mid range shades...

Second I would crop out the guy on the left. Because he's looking in a different direction, it draws the eye from the main focus. This would also create a cool "C" shaped composition with the faces.

Great atmosphere!

Thanks for the comments. I agree with losing the guy on the left. He definately has a strange look. The C shape is a great idea. I did not see it before. Gotta look deeper. I will see what the curves will do for it.
