Here is my offer.
After playing for a while I wanted that 'nightmare' feeling. So I added some noise, added a blur and adjusted the brightness/contrast a bit.
A real quick edit to the original (and not as creative as the previous posters). I had originally wanted to have the face staring out of a half moon... a bit too challenging for this noob!
