This is as far as I can reasonably fix it
considering that I have almost no idea
what I'm looking at. I am more able to
recognize classic flaws than recognize
the subject. So I fix the flaws and quit.
And I now have a better view of stuff I
still can't see very well :-(

Still happily using Elements 3.0

I can still see a few spots I missed but the image
isn't really worth a whole lotta work ... IMNSHO !
