Lens for Sony a200

How do I know what lenses will fit my new dslr-a200?

Is there like some kind of special size? Can I use nikon or other brands?

If there is a special size could you give example please.

You can use auto focus lenses from Sony, Minolta and Konica-Minolta on your camera. You can also use some third party lenses from Tamron, Sigma and Tokina (and others) that are made for the Sony mount and Minolta/Konica-Minolta mount.

I have the A700 from Sony and the 7D from KM and most of my lenses are 20+years old and were originally made for the Minolta AF film cameras. I've heard that some of the oldest Sigma lenses may not be compatible, but they are few and far between.
