Can you believe people actually tried to board an airplane with these items as checked baggage?!?

A chainsaw, gas can, chemicals, etc.

A CHAINSAW!?! What do you think the fellow passengers would have thought about that?

This is a display at the beginning of the security checkpoint line at the American Airlines terminal at the San Jose International Airport.

Yes, i can believe it....and the only reason they are making a big display about it is because a LOT of people HAVE checked and carried on those items...successfully.
