Can't claim to be my best, but it's one of the first shots with my new Sigma lens.
Sony A700 with Sigma 120-400/F4.5-5.6
100% crop at F5.6 ISO 100

Hello,

I enjoyed viewing the photos!

I have a Sigma SD-14, and a couple lenses for it..

I'm relatively 'new' to the world of digital photography...so eventually, will try to get some photos posted...

My caliber might not quite 'measure up' to the likes of these very well created images..

Thanks for starting this thread...

Have a nice day, (or evening),

Ed

Not a Sigma camera, but Sigma lens -- 28-300mm D f3.5 on a Nikon D7000. In another thread it was asked what lens for D7000. I think this one works fine. The first two shots were at the 300mm and the pano was at 28mm.

I am still learning my way around my sigma lens, but I think this one is really good. taken with the sigma 150-500 OS DG APO. Did some colour enhancing to bring out the wonderful yellow glow of an august evening here but no sharpening.

Actually he was a great birdie. stood for about an hour just looking at him and getting a few shots here and here and he just stood by. when I whistled to get his attention, that is when he would look at the camera. later, i suppose it was getting to be dinner time as he started calling out for mom (and I could hear mom somwehere, but never did see her)

I just yesterday purchased the Sigma 50mm F1.4 lens from Dury's in Nashville, TN. It was a rainy day and I really wanted to make some photos with the lens and see how it worked. Here are two shots taken while I walked around the Farmers Market in Nashville - both shot on a Canon 30D, RAW, processed in Canon DPP software and converted, with some photoshop work, only used default level 3 sharpening in the Canon software. The tomato baskets were shot at f1.4 @ iso 200, the gourds at f2.8 iso 200.
