I just ordered three test images-one on true B&W paper, one on luster and one on metalic to compare and see the difference the prints were Black and White Fine art. My husband was really taken with the metalic style, and so I will be ordering 5 11x14" prints to display in his professional office.
Here is my question..what is the best way to display them? If I mat and frame them, especially with 'nonglare' glass, will you still be able to appreciate the metalic nature of them? But if I just display them, say, as gallery wrapped pieces and hang them, well, they will be hanging in a waiting room, so they may be bumped and touched by heads and little children's hands... Any suggestions? Thanks! __________________

I think how an image is displayed has everything to do with where it will be. What color walls, how much light, how much space around the image.
For a professionals waiting room, partly populated by small children, prudence demands they be secured to the wall in such a way to ensure they can't fall. So I envision framed, museum matted (offset window), plexi-covered (not glass), and secured to the wall with at least 4 screws. I would also have the lab lustre coat the prints. __________________
