Default Epson B&W printing - which paper?

Hi,
I have just bought a Epson PX700W and am looking for advice on what paper to go for when printing B&W images.

I still have some Ilford Galerie Classic Pearl A4, but am looking for 5x7" or 4x6" photo paper.

Not done much printing before with B&W images and I am not looking for a high gloss finish.

Any ideas / advice?

Cheers

Iconoclast,
Thanks for your post - I ended up getting some Permajet Oyster - very nice stuff. Really producing the finish I was looking for.
