Default Canon with Pearl or Metallic Paper

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with Fuji Pearl or Kodak Metallic, or indeed any other Pearl or Metallic paper on a Canon Pixma 9000?

I have several B/W images printed on Kodak Endura Metallic paper.
The results are wonderfull, very stylish.

The printing was done by a 'fachlabor', not on a Canon Pisma.

This works also good for images with a lot of brown and yellow in them.

That's where creating your own profiles or having someone else create them for you comes in.

Don't believe those papers are suitable for Inkjet printing. My experience with Kodak Metallic paper is lab printed with commercial photographic printers.

A little research helps... doh! Yeah, silver halide papers aren't exactly inkjet fair. I keep forgetting the labs are still around.
