Frames and Title Plaques (Where to buy?)

Hello All,

I have been asked by my local Fire Dept. to put together a member wall. Currently there are 48 active members broken into 4 companies and from those 48 there are 3 chiefs. I will will be taking portrait shots of these 48 fine gentlemen sometime in March and then selling them copies of my work as well as finding suitable frames and hanging them.

My thoughts for displaying would be the three chiefs would each get an 8x10 and this would go on top of the wall. The second row would consist of 2 groups of twelve, offset to either side of the three chiefs photos. These would all be 5x7's and then below that row, 2 more groups of twelve. Essentially looking like below.

My question is where would you recommend looking for frames for these? In addition, I would like to get name plates for each frame and the titles for the 3 chiefs. Has anyone seen frames with these on them?

For title plaques I'd check with my local trophy store.
