I go with the theory that you get what you pay for. However at the prices advertised it would be worth $10.00 just to try.

I just yesterday received a 24x36 print of a portrait of my son. It is SUPER. I am extremely pleased with everything about this order. The packing was very well done...print inside a heavy-duty mailing tube and rolled up with a tissue paper so that the print surface was not rubbing against the backing then the rolled print was inside a sealed plastic bag with padding on the ends so that the ends would not be crinkled.

Can't say enough about the quality of the whole proceeding.

I have printed twice with them now. The print quality is outstanding. One photo I had blown up, they even warned me that the file was not big enough, but I did it anyway, and it looked great. Also, the paper is super heavy. And they pack and ship them with lots of tissue paper to protect them. So overall, they're great. I have two problems with them, however. One is that even though on the website, they say they ship in 24-48 hours, they have shipped in 4 days (96 hours) for me. Not a big deal, but not what they advertise. Also, they are very automated, and I don't know if anyone reads e-mails. On the first order I received, although the prints were great, one of them actually had a strange ink smudge on the corner, like someone was marking on it with colored markers. Since this was a black and white photo, I knew it wasn't part of my print. I e-mailed them to let them know this problem, and I never heard back from them. No "sorry for the misprint, we'll give you a credit" or anything. So in terms of customer service, they're not very good.

I just got my 24x36 poster of this picture I took and it is f a n t a s t i c!!!!!!!!!
And it unrolls so nicely and lays flat until you get it framed. I actually decided to do it from this thread and although it said that up to 24x36 was 9.99 and it said to put a product code in at the checkout for that price, it would not take so I ended up spending a little more but once I got it it was worth every penny.
Here is the picture I did. I got it to hang on my red wall and was a little skeptical that the reds would be funky once I blew it up but the colors are as true as on the small pic.
