Hi vereybody. I am having great difficulty locating 10 by 15 inch frames for prints here in the US. I am most interested in those basic acrylic/plastic frames, but anything basic would do. Does anyone have any leads on a vendor? Thank you.

Sounds like you are not wanting to crop your image, since the ratio is 0.6666, so you'll have problems finding a 10x15 frame.
Frames still tend to run in film/print ratios, which are closer to 0.8 ratio. You can easily find 11x14 or 16x20. You might have to get a 16x20 and mat the picture. Maybe that will work for you? Typically, fancy art prints have a bigger margin at the bottom when matted and framed, so you could use a 16x20 with your 10x15 print, which would give you a 2.5" margin (mat) on three sides, and a 3.5" one on the bottom. Might work ![]() |

Thanks, Mr. P....cropping isn't the issue, though. I like to use the 10x15 paper for collages...and the print cost is low...probably because you can't get a frame!

Americanframe.com should be able to get you what you want. May not be the cheapest, but then why would you want to display your work in a crappy looking frame, unless you were entering it in the Krappy Kamera show. Bill Barber

I get my aluminum frames from http://www.framefit.com/index.cfm/action/home.htm.* Either they or http://www.lightimpressionsdirect.com might have something you'll like.* Another source might be http://www.pictureframes.com/.
