Default Making Calenders ???

I have been asked to do a calender by a local store. Can anyone or someone tell me as much or as little as you know about doing calenders. I could use a recommendation for a printer as well.
Thanks, George

No need for a printer. There are a ton of labs out there that do that already. They all have different styles, looks, ect. that you can use your images on. Your best bet is to look at your local sources and find the best price available and double it for you efforts. After all, you still have to work at the layouts.
