Default Printing Panoramas?

I recently tried printing a panoramic image at walmart, with their photo lab they have. Most my prints come out quite well. However, when I tried printing a panoramic image it printed the middle part and didn't print anything else that extended out from the left and right. Anyone know a good place to get panoramic prints made?
Thanks,
Ty

Can you please explain MPIX? Is it a file type? Or a certain place to get them printed?
THanks,
Ty

Again, what is whitehouse customs? Is it a web site that you upload your files to and they send them to you via mail? Or just a printing company found in certain cities?
Thanks,
Ty

No, actually, I was looking for something like this. I googled it and got their web site. White House Custom Colour - Professional Photographic Lab and Press Printer Walmart does ok for just simple prints for family/friends. But I have been looking for something like this to get some of my panoramic and HDR photographs printed. Thanks so much!

So if I send in some panoramic photos, how would I submit the photo so that their printer can print it? Since they will be quite wide and not so high, will this cause problems for them to print the image?

You just upload your files, and select image size you want printed. No problems .
