Default Vista With Epson R1800?
Hello, Has anybody had any trouble with this combo?

I just rec'd my new laptop and the R1800.
Laptop H.P.9550 32 bit.

Will I have any software problems?

you shouldent, but if you do, just go to the epson web-site and download the newest set of drivers. i have that model and its a great printer for the price!

glad to be of service!! have you looked into any of the CIS systems out there yet? (CIS: continuous ink system). my friend has one, and once he profiled the ink/paper combos hes been getting some good results. i checked it out but it looked kind of iffy. just wondering if anyone else has used one?

I use one by Ink Jet Fly. I love it. It has just enough ink for my use. Only thing is you have to use it constantly or you'll be cleaning endlessly. I make up to 13 x 19 with this system without a problem.
