Question printer help needed

I use an Epson 1280 with Photoshop CS3 on a PC system. Things were working fine until this weekend and I now need some help. After sizing my picture, I go through the print sequence and when I get to the preview box. the picture is not centered and looks to be a different size that I created. The picture is located in the upper left segment of the preview box. Any ideas what I did and how to correct the situation? I reloaded the 1280 software and rebooted the PC. Thanks for the help.

Mark

Default Re: printer help needed

Mark,

I have not used the 1280 for a long time and I have never done this with CS3. However, what you are saying sounds like either a preference problem or a border issue. You migt try cropping your image to the exact dimmensions you want which you can dial in to 3 decimal places and then insert your desired resolution, presumably 300dpi. This should give you a near perfectly centered image.

Tom
