ok, i am printing a large picture for a friends wedding. they are having the guests sign the matte board. what they want is, the extra large matte board, the picture, and then a label of some sort below the picture with their names and wedding date on it. heres the problem. i have scoured the internet and cant seem to find anywhere to get this type of label. i have seen them before, on framed art pieces and whatnot, i just cant seem to find them myself.do any of you use these? where can i find them? thank you!

Have you tried going to your local framing shop and asking them? If they do not know, they may be able to put you in touch with a couple of wholesalers who will steer you towards what you seek. Also, you may want to consider Dick Blick Art Supplies. This is an excellent source. Generally, they will steer you to where you can obtain supplies that they do not carry.

thank you! Im going to check that site right now. I was thinking, where do people get those metal ones that are on the framed art work. I have seen them before, that might be nice.

Do you have a place nearby that makes plaques or even maybe a frame shop?

For a one off label why not try your local trophy centre, If you don't have one nearby, maybe a local football team, dance school or darts team could put you in touch.

A store that sells trophys, and awards will help you. They do custom name plates for plaques. I'm sure they will have what you're looking for.
