Well I hope no one replays and tells me its rubbish as I just got it and done my 1st print with .
No complaint so far the colors appear slightly more saturated and brighter than my I9100 that just packed up on me

John, sorry mate but it is rubbish.

Actually, I'm sure it's fine, in fact I keep hearing great things about it, not that I have one. I find I don't do enough A3's to justify the running costs, so just use the on-line print services when needed. I find this UK site quite good on printer info and reviews (it has one on the i9950).

Yes I have a Canon i9950 which I have had for over a year. For the first year (almost exactly to the day) it performed well. If you read the post below yours you'll see that it has been quite problematical since. I posted the problems on several sites and one very well known problem is the dark band at the end of the print caused by the print rollers changing speed it seems. Just beware as time goes by that you don't suffer the problems I have had and if so return it immediately. Be careful to stick to canon inks too - I tried some cheaper varieties and had loads of problems with blocked jets and nozzles. Money I tried to save but which was wasted in the end. As you live in Europe you might try either Kirkland paper (available from CostCo) or Moab paper which got a brilliant write up in the european magazines and which I have just ordered. Cheaper than canon especially as you will be I assume printing A3+ sizes.
