Question What A4 printer?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a new A4 inkjet. Currently I use an old HP 960C.
I have in mind the HP 7360, Canon Pixma ip6700D and Epson 360R. I'm interesting for color as well as for b&w prints.
I can not purchase the A3 types of those companies (Epson 1800, Canon 9000 etc) as they are too large for my living room table.
Any suggestion?

I'll proberbly get shot down for this but all the printers you mentioned produce great colour prints but there b&w capability is compromised by the fact they use coloured ink to produce black tones, the R800 seems to do the best for B&W for a colour ink only printer

The only A4 printer that can do dedicated B&w printing as well as colour is the HP Photosmart 8450 it is a A4 printer that does exeptional B&W using a seperate three grey ink cartridge specifacly for B&W...it is not cheap, but you can still find the 7960 model it susperceded for bargain price , it also uses the same three grey ink cartridge for B&W printing (HP were there long before Epson with that)

I have the Epson R360 which is one on your list. For the money (£80 UK) I find it excellent for colour. B&W is OK but not brilliant but you are not talking expensive here. It all depends on how much B&W printing you intend doing. If they are really important prints you would probably go to a lab anyway. For colour prints and cost I can't fault my R360 especially using Epson Premium Glossy paper and Epson inks. I have had enough problems in the past with compatible (?) inks that I thought I would stick with products designed to work together when I bought this printer and so far things seem to be working fine.

I guess in the end it depends on how deep your wallet is and what quantity of printing you actually do.

I have the Cannon 6700 and love the quality of color I get out of it. I do not do to much in B&W so can't speak to that. I really like the 6 separate inks that you get with the 6700. But if you can afford it the 9000 is an awesome printer. I would do what was needed to make room.

Thank you for your response, my friends!
I, just, purchased the Canon iP 6700D. We’ll see…
