LOL I was not getting upset...
 I'm just not good with knowing what goes in comp. I think something is great and it gets torn to shreads...Sorry, it came acrossed wrong. Not going for merits or anything just a pat on the back and then sharing what I need to fix...thought I'd try to get a little ahead of the game if possible I haven't been to a meeting in a couple of years and just wanted to show them my best. Note - I am sure it is subjective and EVERYONE has their own opinions - this is just what sets my own personal focus back on track. Your mileage will vary. 1. A good photograph has a clear subject. That being said the bunnies and lilacs divert attention away from your daughter. That is what I would be worried about for comp - unless there was some kind of spring or Easter theme to the comp which would certainly allow much more latitude. However, (and thinking from the aspect of a photog and client) Her mother would definitely want this one framed and hung on the wall! |

If I name it "hop to it" then the emphasis is on bunnies not Emily and we'd be ok?...Just a thought.

I like it myself. I know nothing of PPA judging myself. They are probably like those folks that choose best picture and then pick some movie that's barely watchable.
Emily, rabbits, and flowers, plus excellent PP earns you some Vitamin K. |

I learned how to do this type of framing once...I had to do it following a step-by-step technique but it wasn't really hard. Wonder if I still have that tutorial somewhere?
