That is adorable!!! You hve a absolutely wonderful shot there and a keeper in anyones book. The only, little and I mean little thing would be a little more light on the right side of the face but even that does not keep that shot from being, printed, framed and loved for a lifetime!!!!

What a gift you have just created!!

laycey and dakota, Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Dakota, this portrait stuff is new to me so i'm trying to figure out the whole lighting thing. I thank you for taking the time to give your 2cents. One good thing is the Mom will like it no matter what but that doesn't help me improve any

Jude,

If you can get any shot where the child's eyes are open and she or he is looking pleasant, you've done a good job. If it is in focus and well lit that is even better. If the clothing and the background are in the same key it is fantastic!

Darling little girl! High key has for a very long time been my favorite 'in studio' look. Creating it is not so easy and you've done a beautiful job!

I know of a man who found a lump in his wife's breast while, uh, er, um, ........well anyway he found it one night, but it was too late :-(

Benji,

I'm always so sad to hear about these stories. I lost a very dear friend (already 3 years ago) at the age of 34 to invasive breast cancer. It's so easy (and not unpleasant with a buddy) to do montly checks. If everyone would just take 5minutes and do a montly check we could have a HUGE impact on detecting breast cancer in the earlier stages.

My ex sister-in-law died just yesterday of cancer at 56. They were not sure where it started but it was all through her body by the time they discovered it, and she was a nurse in a hospital! The doctors gave her eight weeks to live, ten weeks ago. Pray for the family. She has two adult children. Her husband divorced her last year.

Judy, Outstanding work all around!! On my monitor I do see a very slight red'ish/ blue tint on the sweater?? It's extremely minor and doesn't bother me at all, but you may want to have it perfectly white I'm not sure
