Is this a good fix?
I used a surface blur to fix a very fine rash on models skin. Is this a good fix? Does it look natural or too fake? Any feedback would help!

It looks "OK" on her face but pretty bad on her chest. Maybe pull the opacity back a little? I think it's OK to have some texture and she might want that scar to show -- she probably went through a lot to get it

ditto to above.. her face looks pretty good but the chest is too smooth, add some noise
