Thanks for the welcome and including the IMG tags...didn't think 'bout it when posting. My oldest son took that of me as a test seeing how the 'little' flashes work. We bought several Canon 580 speedlights and CP-e3's in an effort to travel very light. In the studio we have 8 speedo's 4800cx and 8 norman 4000 packs, needless to say we don't want to trip breaker's everytime we go to do a location or family portrait. Lighting was w/a 580ex through Photoflex 12x16 sb(main), cyc wall lit w/550ex(bkgd)dialed down a little, no reflector. Purpose as if I was doing a book or something. Post w/CS2.

yes, you're absolutely correct Felix, and it was probably dpr. It may have been a discussion about DOF...this was shot using a 24-70 at f2.8, 70mm according to exif. My favorite portrait lens in studio and location is the 70-200 2.8...I do enjoy reading posts although I limit my responses or else become a writer...lol

The one from last summer is good. my favorite is the 135 even on a crop factor body.
