This has the start of something good, but the burn and dodge are very evident. If you could blend the burn areas a lil finer this will be like a rockwell type image. I am referencing the halo around the tree and your lil one. Using the paint with light techinque in photoshop is a learning curve that takes a while to master, remember for a more believable burn and dodge vary the opacity frequently.

I can see this on Christmas cards with a twinkle PS brush used around it and on some of the lights! Great pic.

bgeorge, I didnt touch the burn and dodge tool ones. It is midnight sepia that I applied and I left a line around the tree on purpose to make it look like the glow from the tree
