Ok one more try?
Opened the raw file to find the clarity slider moved to the left and forgot to sharpen the other one.

Hope this looks better?

Thanks,
Mike

This one looks better! The other one just didn’t seem like anything was on focus.

Overall the image is nice. But if you’re retouching you kind and of need to do the entire process.

The skin looks nice. The eyebrows need to be sharpened. The eyes should really have more of the iris visible and they need to be brightened. Unnatural yes, but it’s expected. Same thing with teeth, you need to whiten and brighten. Unnatural yes, but expected. The lips need lipstick you’ll need to make them darker and also appear more moist. Otherwise the lines are a distraction.

Will that make things unnatural? Yes, but that’s what retouching is all about. Lol

Good luck!

She looks pretty good to me, but agree that the eyes, eyelashes, eyebrows need to be a bit sharper. Color is pretty good. Skin "softness" is good too.

thanks guys for the comments

For whatever reason I could not fix her lips, so that had to do.
Next time have her wear lipstick.

I have some other photos of her to do yet, so I'll try to improve on them.

until the next photo.

Thanks,
Mike

For the lips you'll need to either clone or heal the lines out. That'll help a lot.
