Default Sigma 10-20mm distorted dog .
I received my new 10-20mm sigma lens today and took a few quick shots . I think I am going to get a lot of use out of this lens ,....

I have always dreamed of owning a semi fish-eye lens . This weekend it will get a lot of use . I don't go to ball games though . These New Zealanders are surprised that I don't watch rugby either , but if I hear that the South African team won , I wear my springbok rugby shirt to town just to rile them . If SA loses I email my brother back home and tell him " I see 'we' won the rugby " . Either way , I get to rile someone ....
Maybe I will send a picture of my face distorted , but taken with a normal lens

That doesn't accept screw-on filters, does it? If not, you may have trouble keeping the front element clear of nose prints.

It does accept screw on filters , that's one of its strengths . It came with a UV filter which I fitted straight away . I never realized how close the dog was until I opened both eyes ...

I could tell that from the perspective. I was only half-joking about the nose prints. I also risk getting the giggles every tome I look at those images.
