Capturing Sky - PhotoCamel

Hi Amigos,i have a 400D. I mostly click in Aperture priority. in capturing landscapes, the sky gets burnt out, its near to white, no details in clouds.i those captures, the focus is primerily on some trees or some building.any suggestions as how can i get the sky crispy with all details intact??TIA

Graduated ND filter or HDR.

What metering mode are you using and on what do you meter?

compensate exposure downwards, or there may be a problem with your metering. use the evaluative option.
