Photography Schools

hi, everybody, glad to be here.
anyway, brief introduction first.
i'm now considering take some professional education in photography in future(for the lack of education resource in china)and take time wandering about on the other hand.
but i'm not quite sure about how to apply the school and aquire some scholarship if there's any possibility(without any learning background before, my bachelor degree is landscape architecture).
if anyone could give me some relative advice please do let me know
