I would have to venture to say that Digital Photography makes MF even better. This looks like a great resource and site.

Now sadly I haven't done any MF work on my 5D (which I hear it's pretty decent for)...but I'm sure a bunch of Macro people (and those strange Penang or whatever its called fish eye people) would get a kick from this site.

Mom's going to be dissapointed when she finds out I have joined a "cult"... I am so used to manual focus, I rarely use AF even on my AF lenses... my m42 lenses have found new life reverse mounted for macro... my absolute favorite lens is my 200 f2 nikkor... with it's razor thin DOF... I wonder how the newer AF version works wide open...

I've been using Mamiya RZ manual focus lenses with a digital back for 5 years. I don't get it. What's the big deal ?
