No.
As Didereaux pointed out, the low end of the market is self-shot by the agents using their phone/P&S.

The high end market will use photographers but to work in that market you will need proven photography skills as well as lighting/post processing skills.

This post reminded me of a new house building nearby. They have a banner in front of it which has a phone number for buying apartments and a lying woman in a red dress. That's it. Nothing more, no plan, no pictures of apartments. Just a woman in a red dress. Really weird.
