Default What Lens?

Saw this and figured I'd try it just to see, or make my head more clear...

A site you can use based on your camera (pick brand along bottom), then hover over bottom to get the categories to pop up (should be there by default, but not my site), and then when you click on the main screen (to make the mouse indicators go away) it will present you with a lot of pictures. Pick them quick and after you select as many as the site wants you to, it will tell you what lens you like best....

https://www.whatthelens.com

All I got out of it in 3 categories of picking is that I need 3 lenses, all of which I have already (which is good I guess), but that means I don't need many others.

Oddly, as a different exercise, I looked at a different camera brand than the one I have/use, just to see, and for people pics there is a big difference. Interesting. Where in one I need an equivalent 90mm, in another I need one almost half that.

It suggested a 6D, 17-40L or 100L.

I already have a 5D III which is better and a 100L.

Useless for me. There is no sports/action section. But then I already own the expensive lenses it will suggest so I'm good.

Im saving my dimes and nickles for this:

https://www.amazon.com/Nikon-18-300m...s=nikon+18-300

Sure, its a compromise lens... and I know that going in... but man, its gonna be nice to have *ONE* lens for *ALL* the shots I (need to/want to) shoot.
