I am looking for a quality online processing service to do enlargements. Mostly 16x20. Anybody have any history or suggestions?

I'm not sure I'd call WHCC an "online lab." True, they accept files online, have online tools, but they really are more like a pro lab with a website. Very good people to work with. It takes a bit to get set up, but print quality is excellent, and their products are of high quality and somewhat unique.

No, I don't wonder what they do with them.
Don't you wonder what that bottom paid bank employee does when you tell her/him your account number, and give them your drivers license as ID? Don't you wonder what them people at online stores do with your credit card number? You don't even sign for anything with them. Don't you wonder what governments do with all that money? MPix is the most common used and mentioned service. WHCC is up there too. There are others. MPix, WHCC, Smugmug, EZPrints, etc area ll reputable. Bob's Print-O-Rama might not be so reputable, and they may steal your image and sell it at art shows...but I doubt it. |

If you are scared about it, then don't use a service. You can't even put your card in a card reader hooked to a printer at the local drug or department store. Print at home. Only way YOU will be happy.
I'd suggest you not post here anymore, especially any images because you have no idea what we may do with them by right-clicking them. For the other tens of thousands and many more thousands who have used these services, they all seem pleased. |

WHCC provides you with your own secure FTP folder on their server. Only you and them have rights to it. They could in theory print them for their own uses, but trust me, they do this once, and their business is ruined.

WHCC or H&H Color Lab, but like it was said before, they're really not "online printing services - they're pro labs with online access.
