Mostly AV, but use Manual with speedlites or strobes.

Pretty much only aperture priority or manual. Manual, though, gets the most use at about 75% of the time.

I'm with Jerry on this one, though my actual usage tilts even more to the manual mode. However, on my "bridge" cameras, I still use P mode as my default. Never even bothered to test the scene modes (which probably should have been a choice on the poll). In my user's manual, "creative modes" is a collective term for the P, Av, Tv, and M modes (P, A, S, and M in Nikon-speak).
