Seems like a lot of people here have multiple cameras and more than multiple lenses!

But if you could have only one camera and one lens, what would they be?

I wouldn't.* I participate in this hobby for my enjoyment and fulfilment, and putting that type of pointless constraint on it doesn't in any way contribute to that. There is no best camera and lens for all purposes, so I don't see any purpose in trying to force that, because in fact, attempting to get a jack of all trades results in a master of none, which would be the type of thing that drives me away from participating in photography.

Although I agree w/dougjgreen, it would take away lots of the fun and fulfillment, I would settle with only my Canon Pro1.

I have a camera I made from a polaroid 25o it has a roll film back and wallensak lens with all the goodies im use it I think

Well, what are you talking about with your "one camera, one lens" approach?

Birds?

People?

Twigs and berries?

Just gimme a box with a hole in it and I'm good (with some exceptions).

If I could only keep one camera from what I already have it would be the 5D & 24-105L. I can sneak in a set of extention tubes too, right?

Fuji S7 pro 16/16mp and the nikon 10-1000 F1.4 Af-d ED AF-S VR and a trailer to tow it on.

theres always one silly answer..its just a fun question no need to get technical...hes not the camera gestapo
