must be something in the water as ozone events are popular. I figure I have two shoots coming up, one this week and one the next. Hope both make it. I am trying to shoot at a waterfall and many models what this in their portfolio and I just found one and I need rain and warm temps so this is an early summer shoot really.

Brian your photography is amazing and beautiful! Just show them some of your work from your trip south this winter or from your 365 and tell them you want to add them to this. You will have them jumping over each other to get out to the resort!
Thanks for the props............LOL

GO FIGURE

After my last post regarding my "dry Spell" on Mayhem, suddenly every weekend date in July is full. I have some weekday openings but (barring ozones and cancels) I'll have more than enough to keep me busy.

Just another Mayhem month.

John it must be that you and I can't both be on a streak at the same time. My last 2 scheduled shoots became Ozones and one of them I had already worked with once before.

Actually, I've come to a point where the fact that I can never tell is amusing rather than annoying. Of course, if I was sitting in a parking lot for an hour with a true flake not showing, I might feel differently.

I am with you there. I usually end up cleaning or organizing around the studio when that happens. Not a big deal.

Anyone for a quick Bet??

I have a shoot scheduled for 4:00 PM this afternoon with a model who ozoned on me two weeks ago. After that episode, she texted me for 3 days until I gave her a new date.

We exchanged one text yesterday and she said "got my wardrobe picked out and I'm all excited"

I texted her about 20 minutes ago saying "Are you ready to go"? So far, no answer.

(Now some advice for newbs) I'll text her again about 1:00 PM saying I'm not leaving until she responds.

I'm now taking bets on whether or not she shows.

No show is the likely bet, but I'm optimistic: She'll contact you and you'll have your session.

I had a model cancel at 10:30am for a 2pm shoot this morning. Not a big deal because I have a studio space so I was able to get set up for my 10am shoot tomorrow.

I have decided to quit rescheduling same day cancellations and no shows. There are just too many models I have worked with before and want to shoot again to waste time on folks who don't take my time as valuable.
